Delete Your Wavelength Account

You can permanently delete your Wavelength account and all associated personal data at any time.

How to delete your account

In the app (recommended):

1. Open the Wavelength app

2. Go to Settings

3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account

4. Type “Delete My Account” to confirm

5. Submit the request

Once confirmed, your account and data will be permanently deleted.

What data is deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

* Your user account and profile information

* Your email address and name

* Your voice recordings

* All generated voice analysis data

* Any stored content associated with your account

Deleted data cannot be recovered.

Processing time

Account deletion is processed immediately.

In some cases, complete removal from backups may take up to 30 days.

To prevent fraud and abuse (such as repeated free trial usage), we may retain minimal, non-identifiable information after account deletion.

This information cannot be used to identify you and is not used for marketing.
