We respect your privacy, so we’ll only send horoscope insights if you opt in to email updates in your settings.You can also use our Share button to instantly send your readings to friends or save them for later. ✨

Yes — but only if you turn them on.
If you enable notifications, Wavelength will gently remind you each day to record your voice sample so you never miss your personalized horoscope or affirmation.You can update notification preferences anytime in your device or app settings. 🔔✨
🎧 Audio & Recording
Is my voice stored on your servers?
Yes. Your voice recordings are securely stored in encrypted form on our cloud servers. This allows you to access your recording history anytime. You can delete any recording at any time, and it will be permanently removed from our storage.Can I delete my old recordings?
Yes. You have full control over your data. You can delete any or all of your recordings at any time from your account history details page or by contacting support. Once deleted, they are permanently removed from our servers.Is my voice data linked to my identity?
Your recordings are associated with your account inside our system so that we can show you your personal history and manage your data securely. However, the audio files themselves do not contain personal information, and no one outside your account can access them. When you delete a recording, both the file and its link to your account are permanently removed.

🔐 GDPR & Data Protection
1. What personal data do you collect?
We collect:
Your recorded voice sample (audio input) for analysis.
Basic technical data (device type, session time, app version).
Optional details you choose to share (e.g. email if you subscribe to receive horoscopes).
We do not require your location, address, or other identifiers to use the app.
2. How is my audio sample used?
Your recorded voice sample is processed to analyse voice frequency patterns. This analysis is then used to generate your daily horoscope.
Audio is processed in real time.
By default, we do not permanently store raw audio unless you opt in to keep recordings.
Processed results (numerical frequency patterns) may be stored to improve consistency of your horoscope results.
3. Where is my data stored?
All personal data is stored on secure servers in the UK or EEA.
If we use trusted third parties for processing (e.g. voice analysis services), they are bound by UK GDPR-compliant Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).
Where data must leave the UK/EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent safeguards.
4. Do you share my data with anyone else?
We do not sell or share your personal data with advertisers.
We may use carefully selected service providers (for hosting, voice processing, or email delivery).
These providers act only under our instruction and cannot use your data for their own purposes.
5. Will my voice recordings be used to train AI models?
No. Your voice recordings and frequency data will never be used to train external AI models without your explicit consent.
6. What about sensitive information?
We ask that you do not include personal or sensitive details (such as names, addresses, or health information) in your voice samples.
Our system is designed for lifestyle guidance, not medical or therapeutic use.
7. How long do you keep my data?
Raw audio recordings: kept only during analysis, unless you opt to save them.
Frequency results and horoscope history: stored for [12 months] to provide continuity.
Subscription details (e.g. email): kept until you unsubscribe.
8. What are my rights under UK GDPR?
You have the right to:
Access the data we hold about you.
Request correction or deletion.
