Wavelength VR Ltd. (“Wavelength VR”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides access to its mobile applications, websites, and services that deliver personalised horoscope readings based on voice frequency analysis (together, the “Services”).

 Be respectful


* Treat others with courtesy. No harassment, bullying, stalking, threats, or doxxing.

* No hate or discriminatory content targeting protected characteristics (e.g., race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, medical condition, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or veteran status).


 Keep it legal and appropriate


* Do not post, upload, or transmit anything unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, deceptive, or invasive of another’s privacy.

* Strictly no sexual content involving minors, sexual exploitation, or solicitation.

* Do not promote or facilitate violence, self-harm, terrorism, or criminal activity.

* Respect intellectual property: only upload content you own or are authorised to use.


 Voice recordings & consent


* Only submit your own voice or content you have permission to share. Do not impersonate others or upload someone else’s voice without their explicit consent.

* Don’t attempt to manipulate or “spoof” our voice analysis (e.g., by using synthetic voices to deceive features).


 No misuse of the Service


* No spam, scams, or unsolicited advertising.

* Don’t probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services; don’t disrupt or overload our systems.

* Don’t reverse engineer or attempt to access our models, data, or non-public APIs.

* Don’t attempt to game subscription, referral, or promotional programmes.


 Accuracy, wellness, and safety


* Our readings are for entertainment and personal wellness. Do not treat outputs as medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice. Seek qualified professional guidance when needed.

* If content or another user’s behaviour makes you feel unsafe, report it (see “Reporting & Moderation” below).


 Age requirements


* The Services are for users 16+. If you are under 18, you should use the Services with the knowledge of a parent or guardian. Do not submit content of or involving minors without appropriate consent.


 Accessibility and inclusivity


* We aim to be accessible and inclusive. If you encounter barriers, please let us know so we can improve.


 Content licensing to Wavelength VR


* By submitting User Content, you grant Wavelength VR a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable licence to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, analyse, translate, publish, and display such content solely to operate, provide, secure, improve, and personalise the Services (including to train and evaluate our voice analysis systems, where permitted by law and our Privacy Policy).

* You retain your rights in your content. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data and voice recordings.

* We may take action at our discretion, including warnings, content removal, feature restrictions, temporary suspension, or account termination. We may notify law enforcement where legally required or where we believe there is a risk of harm.


 Consequences of breach


* Breaching these Guidelines or the Terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without refund (to the extent permitted by law), and removal of violating content. You remain responsible for your actions on the Service.


* We may apply reasonable usage limits (e.g., daily recording limits) to keep the Service reliable for everyone.

 4. Memberships and Subscriptions


 A. Free Access


You may use a limited version of our Services free of charge. Some features may be restricted to paid subscribers.


 B. Paid Subscriptions


We also offer paid subscription plans (“Wavelength Premium”), which provide full access to horoscope readings and premium features.


Subscriptions may be monthly, annual, or for other specified terms.


 Payments


* If you subscribe via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, your payment and any refunds are managed by those platforms in line with their policies.

* If you purchase directly from our website, your payment is handled by our third-party payment provider.


 Refund Policy


* Subscriptions purchased through app stores are non-refundable under our control (Apple/Google refund policies apply).

* For website purchases, UK residents may be entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under consumer law, unless you consent to immediate access to digital content. Once digital delivery begins, you lose your right to cancel unless the content is faulty.

 Renewal & Cancellation


* Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

* You may cancel via the app store (for app purchases) or your account settings (for website purchases).

* Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:


* Wavelength VR shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

* Our total liability in any 12-month period shall not exceed the lesser of:


  * the amount you paid to us for the Services in that period, or

  * £100.


Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter where liability cannot be excluded under UK law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms, misuse the Services, or if required by law.


You may stop using the Services at any time. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations accrued up to that point.
